Event host/sponsor and attending and participating parents will be responsible for all children not participating in services or events during spa party services. Damages to any equipment brought to render event services such as business chair massage events, offices, corporate events, spa parties or group massage events will be fully responsible for replacing property by event host or guest/responsible party attending event, this concludes supervisors, managers, employees host, adult, teen, children spa parties or business event sponsor/host. Decision of payment must be made between both sponsor, host or guest and presented to professionals attending event once event is concluded or to Eminence Massage LLC company over phone within 24 hours after event. Offices, Storage Rooms and Spaces use for events must be clean and readily available for event items. Although we do our best to higher the most vetted professionals Eminence Massage will not be liable for missing or broken items before or during event. By signing form below you agree to all mobile event services and give consent adhering to all Eminence Massage policies.
Event Planner
Event planner must be booked one week+ prior to services. Planner will be informed of best parking spaces for event. Advise event host on spa stations, fountains and food locations if applicable. Depending upon event, photo shoot areas, storage area to be used, advice on entertainment, furniture best to be removed in home/office. Payments for spa party are will to be discussed with event planner.
Booking Services & Payments
Eminence Massage fully encourages consumers contacting our representative directly by phone or online to book services or events, because we cover such a voluminous array of locations we ask that you keep in mind our therapist may not be able to commute to every conveyed location in the states we cover. We ask that our consumers and clients are also considerate of any severe whether, complex traveling conditions and city or local community events which may inhibit the professional from arrival to ones desired location. In the event any service is booked or payed for and our therapist and or esthetician cannot arrive to your location, You will be fully reimbursed for your appointment. Home, Hotel/resort or event service. Clients may be required to provide a non- refundable deposit/credit card hold of 20% or equal to the full price of the service, quoted in advance if booked outside a two month window. Cancellation of appointments scheduled within a two month window will receive no refund. An account credit may be provided for unexpected wether conditions. Deposits ensure your spa services, equipment, date and time. Events & services booked on the same day are subject to time change due to short notice. Deposit made for events are non refundable. Credit card, check payments and cash transactions are subject to sales tax.
Mobile Services
Please keep in mind that certain services such as manicures, pedicures and facials are always in accordance with State Health Regulations. In compliance with various state regulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal to perform full Manicures/Pedicure services (considered cosmetology) and certain facials outside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the state laws and to maintain our high-quality standards, as well as for our customers’ safety, Eminence Massage can not perform those particular services. For our customers health, as well as the state licensing requirements, there is never any cutting, trimming or cutting of nails and/or cuticles during our mani/pedi (mobile spa or mobile spa party services; nor are there any extractions or peels in our facial services – nothing that can potentially “break” the skin. This is simply a “feel good-look good” service for relaxation and celebration or in any cases where someone is declared home bound for medical or comfort reasons. Draping will be required for all mobile massage therapy services. A full verbal or written assessment will be provided for all clients receiving treatments. This is to provide excellent massage therapy and mobile spa services to our clients, this will also extend to spa parties. Personal mobile spa services are strictly and 100% therapeutic at all times. Clients are required to provide a safe and clean setting for all mobile spa services. Adequate space is also required to cater our best services to both events and personal services. If environment is deem unfit to render services in provided setting, professional maintains right to refuse treatment to consumers.
Equipment
Spa party equipment such as tables, chairs, steamers, towel warmers, dividers, pedicure baths, lamps, massage tables, game items etc will be placed in areas around the home for the convenience of professionals to cater services to your guest promptly and suitably. The host of the event is expected to provide safe conditions for the guest and the host attending events. Children are expected to be watched over by host and parents attending event to keep from endangering themselves during services. Host are advised to provide any safety tips to professionals, hazardous locations in location, as well as coordinating the safest areas to place materials in home/hotel/desired location. All equipment/materials brought to party excluding gifts will be removed from location once event is complete. This includes robes and photo shoot dress items will remain property of Eminence Massage. Damages to any equipment brought to render event services such as business chair massage events, offices, corporate events, spa parties or group massage events will be fully responsible for replacing property by event host or guest/responsible party attending event, this concludes supervisors, managers, employees host, adult, teen, children spa parties or business event sponsor/host.
