Planning a Chair Massage Event….

What’s the Perfect Event Size for Your Group?

You can choose between 12-minute, 15-minute, or 20-minute sessions for your chair massage event. This will determine how many massages can be provided depending on your total event duration and number of participants.

Each therapist can treat 3-5 people per hour, depending on session length:

  • 12 minutes (10 mins hands on) = 5 people per hour
  • 15 minutes (13 mins hands on)  = 4 people per hour
  • 20 minutes (18 mins hands on) = 3 people per hour

TIP: Events of 3 hours or longer are booked faster and are preferred by therapists. Your participants will appreciate longer sessions as well!

* Sponsor may request that therapists wear different attire for specific corporate or company events

*Travel expenses are covered in our rates for local areas

*For your convenience a minimum gratuity will be added to your service, you are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit

*Business, Corporate, Group & Spa Events; 2 Hour Minimum

*Optional sign up forms are available upon request for guest attending Events

*Events Can accommodate both in & outdoor settings

*Remote locations will require minimum of 3+ hours for travel

*Request certificate of insurance for free or add your venu to our company insurance  surcharge $99 

*A surcharge may be applied (and discounts may not apply) on major national holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day for all appointments, including gift certificate same day and appointments booked within a one week period may be subject to surcharges
