Chair Massage Information

 Additional Information:


  • Full payment with a debit or credit card will be required to reserve our massage therapist. Chair massage events are non refundable.
  • Chair massages are a two hour minimum: excluding personal chair massage, Corporate Event Chair Massages, including business & companies, companies located in remote/rural will require minimum of 3+ hours for travel areas.
  • An email confirmation will be sent with all the details of your desired package. There are no additional forms to contract single & multi day events. Services 2 weeks and longer may require a contract to receive Eminence Chair Massage services.
  • For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 20% or $50 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, certain metropolitan cities, rural locations, eleventh hour reservations may incur 25%
  •  When convenient free parking is not readily available client will cover parking expenses.
  • Eminence Massage also offers our customers hands on chair massage focusing on the muscles of the neck, scalp, arms, upper and lower back remaining clothed and relaxed in our soothing massage chairs.
  • Some credit card transactions may be assessed fees
  • Table & chair massage combo’s in events may incur a surcharge
  • Invoice & ACH available with enough time allotted
  • Remote areas may be assessed a travel fee
  • Chair Massage 30 Minutes+ per person will be billed at half hour rates
  • We typically massage an average of 4-5 people per hour, per therapist and have a a minimum of four people are required for event services. For personal chair massage services prices differ.
  • We can accept appointments one year up to six months in advance, an email confirmation will be sent with details of your reservation & services upon booking. Reservations booked with Eminence Massage require full payment due upon booking, with some exceptions to grace period. A surcharge for $99+ will be added for events/reservation made within a one week period. All appointments booked 8 pm or later are subject to a surcharge of $50+ per professional. Any cancellations made within a two month period are subject to no refund. For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 20% or $50 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, clients are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit.
  • Appointment dates, time changes (including late arrival of clients on site, event time changes due to late arrivals are subject to automatic $25 – $150 dollar fee depending upon event/service size and services. Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan areas and Beach hotels may apply. Holiday Bookings, a surcharge may be incurred; discounts and gift cards may not apply for major national holidays. All of our party package pricing is set to compete with other party providers in the area. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for events, we also do not alter pricing while professionals our onsite at location, under the maximum number of guests allowed. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of guest present on event day, we simply ensure that even more attention is provided to the guests in attendance. To convenience contractors reserved for events onsite changes in time intervals for example will be subject to a $50 Surcharge. A surcharge of 50+ may incur for larger metropolitan areas and or rural locations spa technicians must travel further out of our general locations to. Additional guest attending location who are not paid for in advanced must have host contact company to be included, time will only be allocated upon confirmation that company and attending professionals have the availability. A travel fee of 25 up to 99+ may incur for technicians who must travel further and are not local to the designated area.
  • Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan including district and Beach Hotels may apply. Toll, Marina parking, ferry fees to secluded island areas may incur a fee. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied discounts.
  • Table & chair massage combos onsite may incur a surcharge
  • Corporate Membership may exclude some holidays
  • A surcharge may be applied (and discounts may not apply) on major national holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day for all appointments, including gift certificate & pre-paid package redemptions may be subject to surcharges on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day
