Chair Massage Information

 Additional Information:

 

  • For event made two months prior to event date, a non refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve your event date, time and equipment, check or credit card to reserve date, time and if necessary, purchase any special requested spa equipment for your event, the remaining balance will be due two months prior of exact event once professionals arrive to host/sponsors desired location, before services are rendered.
  • Chair massages are a two hour minimum : excluding personal chair massage
  • Cancellations for events must be made two months prior to event or 50% or more will be charged to card on file, events edited or cancelled within a one month period are subject to no refund.
  • An email confirmation will be sent with all the details of your desired package. There are no additional forms to contract single & multi day events. Services 2 weeks and longer may require a contract to receive Eminence Chair Massage services.
  • For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 10% or $20 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, You are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit.
  •  When convenient free parking is not readily available client will cover parking expenses.
  • Eminence Massage also offers our optional holistic bamboo fusion chair massage is also a luxurious and versatile body treatment infusing the quintessential warming and manual skill of our bamboo sticks combine with hands on chair massage focusing on the muscles of the neck, scalp, arms, upper and lower back remaining clothed and relaxed in our soothing massage chairs.
  • Some credit card transactions may be accessed fees
  • Deposits are non refundable
  • Remote areas may be assessed a travel fee
  • We typically massage an average of 4-5 people per hour, per therapist and have a a minimum of four people are required for event services. For personal chair massage services prices differ.
  • All appointments booked 8 pm or later are subject to an add on of $50 – $100 per professional. Appointment dates and time changes (including late arrival of client on site are subject to automatic $25 – $100 dollar fee depending upon event/service size and service, also if on site technician must cancel reschedule a prior service. Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan areas and Beach hotels may apply. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions:
  • A surcharge may be applied (and discounts may not apply) on major national holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day for all appointments, including gift certificate & pre-paid package redemptions may be subject to surcharges on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day
