Upon booking/contracting services with Eminence Massage, both companies and consumers are subjected to Eminence Massage utilizing photos for our companies PR, Social Media Campaigning and Website Enhancements. Consumers may also request company and or personal photos to not be shown to public or be removed immediately upon request. We strive to be the best in not only our massage and mobile spa services but with your protection, comfort level and safety. There fore Eminence Massage provides strict and ethical guidelines with photos taken of or in homes, hotels, company settings by your assigned personal event planner. Images taken prior are for event planning, measurements necessary for event equipment and to receive expert advise designing a highly skilled event in accordance to meeting or excelling consumers expectations, all images will conclude in optimizing the most unparalleled services with our company.

Booking Services & Payments
Eminence Massage Fully encourages consumers contacting our representative directly by phone or online to book services or events, because we cover such a voluminous array of locations we ask that you keep in mind our therapist may not be able to commute to every conveyed location in the states we cover. We ask that our consumers and clients are also considerate of any severe whether, complex traveling conditions and city or local community events which may inhibit the professional from arrival to ones desired location. In the event any service is booked or payed for and our therapist and or esthetician cannot arrive to your location, You will be fully reimbursed for your appointment. Home, Hotel/resort or event service. Clients are be required to provide a non- refundable deposit/credit card hold of 10% or equal to the full price of the service/event with parties/events of 15 or more and 20 % for individual mobile spa services. Remaining balance will be due one month prior depending upon booking date, events booked 2 weeks in advance must be paid in full. For reservations of 15 guest or more a deposit of 20% will be required. Corporate, spa party and chair massage events have 3 weeks to make changes or full amount will be charged to card on file, full cancellations must be made 5 hours prior to event or 50% will be charged to card on file. Deposits ensure your spa services, equipment, date and time. Events & services booked on the same day are subject to time change due to short notice. Deposit made for events are non refundable. Credit card, check payments and cash transactions are subject to sales tax. All appointments booked 10pm or later are subject to an add on of $50 per professional. Parking fees at some downtown and South Beach hotels may apply. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied (and discounts may not apply) on major national holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day for all appointments, including gift certificate & pre-paid package redemptions may be subject to surcharges on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day,
Please keep in mind that certain services such as manicures, facials are always in accordance with State Health Regulations. In compliance with various state regulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal to perform full Manicures/Pedicure services (considered cosmetology) and certain facials outside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the state laws and to maintain our high-quality standards, as well as for our customers’ safety, Eminence Massage can not perform those particular services. For our customers health, as well as the state licensing requirements, there is never any cutting, trimming or cutting of nails and/or cuticles during our mani/pedi (mobile spa or mobile spa party services; nor are there any extractions or peels in our facial services – nothing that can potentially “break” the skin. This is simply a “feel good-look good” service for relaxation and celebration or in any cases where someone is declared home bound for medical or comfort reasons. Draping will be required for all mobile massage therapy services. A full verbal or written assessment will be provided for all clients receiving treatments. This is to provide excellent massage therapy and mobile spa services to our clients, this will also extend to spa parties.

- A spacing of 11 X 12 will be required for massage tables
- All services rendered are strictly therapeutic.
- Hotel/resort service clients wishing to pay cash may be required to provide a deposit/credit card hold equal to the full price of the service quoted in advance. Upon receipt of cash, the authorized deposit will be voided and any held funds released within a maximum of 3-5 business days. Cancellation of appointments scheduled within 24 hours of service-time require a minimum of 2 hours advance notice or the full amount will be charged. Cancellation of appointments scheduled more than 1 day in advance requires at least 8 hours advance notice or the full amount will be charged. Same day appointments booked with cancellations upon arrival of Eminence contractor will be be subject to a cancellation fee.
