Eminence Mobile Spa Parties

Spa Party Information:

 

  • Events & Spa Parties Are 4 Guest Minimum

 

  • Yes we can accommodate both in door and out door settings

 

  • Champagne toast will be provided for the guest of honor; ages 21 and over

 

  • Exotic scrub treatments, wraps, customized skin care may incur surcharge

 

  • A 20% deposit will be collected upon booking to reserve your events date, time and equipment. None refundable. We can accept appointments one year up to six months in advance, an email confirmation will be sent with details of your reservation & services upon booking. Upon booking, full balance will be due two months to reservation date, if outside of one month period a seven day grace period can be provided for remaining balance. If reservation is booked within a one month period, full payment will be due upon booking, with some exceptions to grace period when inquired. A surcharge for $99+ will be added for events/reservation made within a one week period. All appointments booked 6 pm or later are subject to a surcharge of $25+ per professional. Any cancellations made within a two month period are subject to no refund. For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 20% or $50 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, 20% for corporate offices clients are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit. Group spa parties of 15+ guest or events booked within a one week window are subject to a 25% gratuity. Appointment dates, time changes (including late arrival of clients on site, event time changes due to late arrivals are subject to automatic $25 – $150 dollar fee depending upon event/service size and services. Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan areas and Beach hotels may apply. Holiday Bookings, a surcharge may be incurred; discounts and gift cards may not apply for major national holidays. A surcharge of 125+ may incur for larger metropolitan areas and or rural locations spa technicians must travel further out of our general locations. All of our party package pricing is set to compete with other party providers in the area. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for parties, we also do not alter pricing while professionals our onsite at location, under the maximum number of guests allowed. A 20 – 25% gratuity may automatically be accessed to services that require longer distance travel for mobile spa technicians. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of guest present on event day, we simply ensure that even more attention is provided to the guests in attendance. To convenience contractors reserved for events onsite changes in time intervals for example will be subject to a $50+ Surcharge. Additional guest/adults or minors attending location who are not paid for in advanced must have host contact company to be included, time will only be allocated upon confirmation that company and attending professionals have the availability. Groups of 12 guest or more are subject to a 20% gratuity. Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan including district and Beach Hotels may apply. Toll, Marina parking, ferry fees to secluded island areas may incur a fee.  Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied, discounts, gift certificates may not apply on major or national holidays.  A travel fee of 25 up to 99+ may incur for technicians who must travel further and are not local to the designated area.

 

  • We accommodate mobile spa services, the theme set up is provided by host of party. We will try our best to color coordinate our stations, and all mobile spa equipment with your party.

 

  • Gel removal will may affect time length for manicures sessions, company may not be able to offer certain gel removal  for some 15 minute express manicure services; soaking, buffing, trimming and filing may also be reduced or excluded due to time of gel removal.

 

  • Chair Massage 30 Minutes+ per person will be billed at half hour rates

 

  • All of our Eminence Massage packages come with our worry free “Eminence Promise” We welcome the use of personal decorations; however, they are not required.

 

  • Yes, you can request Certificate of Insurance for free or add your venue to our insurance for a surcharge

 

  • Technicians will be providing and distributing all necessary items for your event, we recommend in door settings to achieve spa marvelous skin care results, our spa technicians can best accommodate living rooms, large bed rooms or hotel settings for best set up. All machines, equipment can accommodate both in and out door settings; please inquire about our various sizes; outside events, host must provide shaded areas for professionals. Table Massage & Skin care Station requires 6 x 2 in spacing, nail station 4 x 4. Station materials and spa gear includes linens, creams, essential oils, body oils, music, scented fusion candles, lotions, aromatherapy diffusers,  steamers, scrubs, mask, wraps, face cover cradle covers, bolsters, sanitizers, cleanser, polish, hand bowls, nail care stationary, lamps, chairs, portable small tables, w/pales & towels.

 

  • Please consult a physician for any medical concerns prior to receiving or providing massage therapy, nails or skin care treatments. Eminence Spa party services is not a substitute for medical care. Skin care services provided are in home regimens and geared to a look good feel good purpose, skin extractions & will not be catered in services.

 

  • All massage therapist, cosmetologist and estheticians catering your event are licensed & insured professionals

 

  • Newly added services will be tallied up to include all additional guest and newer services, once added previously paid total will be deducted from new the balance. Sum will include tax and gratuity. This will insure there are no errors in your appointment and all guest receive their spa treatments.

 

  • Group Spa and activity entertainment stations are to accommodate guest who are not at that moment receiving a specific spa treatment

 

  • Eminence Massage believes that friendships, happy relationship are built and strengthen by going time, energy and attention to effective communication, heartfelt, understanding, fun, appreciation and quality time spent together. It’s no surprise that spa party courses are a growing trend as popular in the U.S

 

  • As clients discretion, clothing may may or may not remain on for table massage services, undergarments and swimsuits may be worn if preferred. We encourage you to communicate any level of discomfort to your therapist. Clothing guidelines can also be provided in person by on site spa professional

 

  • Mobile Spa technicians may need to arrive 15 minutes up to a half hour early, depending upon event size to set up stations, spa equipment and prepare your decadent spa party layout

 

  • All machines and equipment can accommodate in or out door settings (Please inquire about our various sizes) outside events must provide shaded areas for our professionals

 

  • You can book a Spa Party by e-mailing or calling us to reserve your party date. Reservations need to be made at least 1 week in advance for reserving spa parties. Changes to any packages must also be made 1 – 3 weeks prior. Reservations booked within one week are none refundable. Reservations must be finalized over the phone for confirmation, updates can be made by email.

 

  • Spa technicians Parking fee’s for hotel’s & resorts will be covered by host/sponsor of event

 

  • Credit, debit card transactions may be accessed sales transaction fees

 

  • Table & chair massage mixture combos may incur a surcharge

 

  • Mobile Spa technicians will arrive up to a half hour early prior to event to set up stations, spa equipment and prepare your decadent spa party layout

 

  • Deposits ensure your spa services, spa technicians, equipment, date and time. Events & services booked on the same day are subject to time change due to short notice.

 

  • Upon reserving Eminence spa services, clients must provide suitable safe spacing for all arriving spa technicians with assurance spa services may be performed at given location. Locations, etc ; massages, facials, nail or skin care treatments on beaches, parks private or public must obtain permissible, legal consent- solely through client discretion/leisure prior to arrival of therapist. Safe workplace: Customers must provide a work environment free from known health and safety hazards. Protection against discrimination: It is illegal for customers to discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, age. Gender preference may be provided upon appointment reservation. Clients must ensure the working conditions in their homes, rental properties,  conference rooms, offices, hotel-room suites are safe and pose no threats or risks to spa technicians, in compliance with occupational safety. Onsite locations  free of recognized hazards, such as exposure to toxic chemicals, dangerous machinery, strong smells and excessive noise levels. Spa technicians are granted  the right to refuse to work in a situation that poses an imminent danger of death or serious injury, provided certain conditions are met

 

  • For individual spa party packages, Services must already be presented at event to utilize

 

  • Spa technicians parking fee’s for hotel’s & resorts will be covered by host/sponsor of event

 

  • Consent must be approved by host for Facial steamer prior to event

 

  • Optional event planner must be booked one week prior to event date. Planner will advise event host on spa stations and locations they are best to be placed- fountains and food locations if applicable. Depending upon event, photo shoot areas, storage area to be used, advice on entertainment, party games, furniture best to be removed-placed in home. Event planner will provide event services to Client which include: providing consultations about decisions about the event, assisting with budget preparation, researching and procuring appropriate vendors, preparing floor plans, provide general Event supervision, directing entertainment, announcements and events during the Event, and directing guests at the Event. [Eminence event planner must be booked two weeks+ prior to services. Planner will inform event host of set up spaces for event. Advise event host on spa stations, set up for nail, massage and skin care stations, take measurements for spacing, offer product production, best equipment locations if applicable. Depending upon event, photo shoot areas, storage area to be used, advice on entertainment, furniture best to be removed in home/office. Payments for spa party are will to be discussed with event representatives during booking
