Upon booking/contracting services with Eminence Massage, both companies and consumers are subjected to Eminence Massage utilizing photos for our companies PR, Social Media Campaigning and Website Enhancements. Consumers may also request company and or personal photos to not be shown to public or be removed immediately upon request. We strive to be the best in not only our massage and mobile spa services but with your protection, comfort level and safety. Therefor Eminence Massage provides strict and ethical guidelines with photos taken of or in homes, hotels, company settings by your assigned personal event planner. Images taken prior are for event planning, measurements necessary for event equipment and to receive expert advise designing a highly skilled event in accordance to meeting or excelling consumers expectations, all images will conclude in optimizing the most unparalleled services with our company.

By booking our services and paying deposit, customers for spa parties agree to provide a safe and open area for children or adult guest attending events. Eminence Massage will also not be liable for any injuries or risky activities children or adults participating or not participating in services. Event host and attending participating parents will be responsible for all children not participating in services or events during spa party services. Damages to any equipment brought to render spa party services by Eminence Massage professionals will be fully responsible for replacing property by event host or guest – responsible party attending event, this concludes both adult, teen and children spa parties. Decision must be made between both host or guest and presented to professionals attending event once event is concluded or to Eminence Massage company over phone within 24 hours after event. To ensure Eminence Massage is providing unparalleled dynamic services, event consent corporate and private spa party contractor forms will be available upon reservation request.

 

Reservations

Eminence Massage Fully encourages consumers contacting our representative directly by phone or online to book services and or events, because we cover such a voluminous array of locations we ask that you keep in mind our therapist may not be able to commute to every conveyed location in the states we cover. We ask that our consumers and clients are also considerate of any severe whether, complex traveling conditions and city or local community events which may inhibit the professional from arrival to ones desired location. Half hour body treatments must be combine with additional spa services. One week in advanced booking may be required for certain specialized body treatments.

 

Payments

In the event any service is booked or payed for and our therapist and or esthetician cannot arrive to your location due to weather or inconvenience, you will be fully reimbursed for your appointment. In case of cancellations or returns by our company, we will send you an email or courtesy call to notify you that we have processed your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Individual & couples mobile spa services must be paid in full upon booking. Corporate events, spa parties, individual, couples, group spa services and chair massage events  require full payment amount to reserve event date  and time. Any cancellations made by client are subject to no refund. Credit card, check payments and PayPal transactions are subject to sales tax of 8%. All appointments booked 7 pm or later are subject to an add on of $25 – $175 per professional, depending upon start time. Appointment dates and time changes (including late arrival of client on site are subject to automatic $25 – $100 dollar fee depending upon event/service size and service, also if on site technician must cancel reschedule a prior service. Gift a massage to friend/family member from a phone call from a company representative $25. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied (and discounts may not apply) on major national holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day for all appointments, including gift certificate & pre-paid package redemptions may be subject to surcharges on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day. To ensure the best services are Event consent/contract forms may be provided for events. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied discounts, gift certificates may not apply on major or national holidays. Taxes and gratuities for all services are summed with standard computation graphing calculator. Gift certificates purchase over the phone are subject to automatic 30% gratuity. Parking

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be used up to one year date of purchase, if expired, please discuss a reinstatement fee if applicable. Gift certificates may not apply on major holidays and may need one –  two weeks+ for booking a confirmed reservation.

 

Deposits

Deposits for spa parties ensure your technicians, spa services, equipment, date and reservation time. Events & services booked on the same day are subject to time change due to short notice. Deposits made for events are non refundable. Home, Office, Hotel/resort event services; clients are be required to provide a non- refundable deposit/credit card hold of 20% or equal to the full price of the service/event with parties/events of 15 or more and 20 % for individual mobile spa services. For reservations of 15 guest or more, a deposit of 20% will be required. Taxes and gratuities for all services are summed with standard computation graphing calculator. We do not collect deposits for business, office, chair massage, workplace and onsite corporate events. payments will be due in full to reserve.

 

 

Mobile Services

Please keep in mind that certain services such as manicures, facials are always in accordance with State Health Regulations. In compliance with various state regulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal to perform full Manicures/Pedicure services (considered cosmetology) and certain facials outside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the state laws and to maintain our high-quality standards, as well as for our customers’ safety, Eminence Massage can not perform those particular services. For our customers health, as well as the state licensing requirements, there is never any cutting, trimming or cutting of nails and/or cuticles during our mani/pedi (mobile spa or mobile spa party services; nor are there any extractions or peels in our facial services – nothing that can potentially “break” the skin. This is simply a “feel good-look good” service for relaxation and celebration or in any cases where someone is declared home bound for medical or comfort reasons. Eminence massage reserves the right to informed clients additional services must be comprise with some half hour services, foe example; body scrubs, wraps etc. Draping will be required for all mobile massage therapy services. A full verbal or written assessment will be provided for all clients receiving treatments. This is to provide excellent massage therapy and mobile spa services to our clients, this will also extend to spa parties.

 

Hotel Policies

• Prices not inclusive of full gratuity, client may provide additional gratuity at their discretion.
• Therapist may contact client to confirm room number and any additional parking information.
• Parking fees at some downtown and Beach hotels may apply.
• Appointments starting 7:00 PM or later add $50 – $100+ surcharge, depending upon start time.
• Residential locations must have parking readily available for Eminence Professionals
• Concierge/personal assistants may contact company to schedule services for guest
• If services are provided outside pool area etc, a shaded area must be provided
• Gift certificate may be subject to surcharges on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day
• A spacing of 2 X 6 will be  required for massage/esthetician tables for individual services and up to 6 X 8 for event stations
• All services rendered are strictly therapeutic on site mobile massage therapy & on site spa services.
• Hotel/resort service clients wishing required to provide a deposit/credit card hold equal to the full price of the service quoted in advance.

As advanced healthcare professionals trained in the health care field our practitioners are highly skilled at maintaining optimal health with daily physical exercise routines, healthy eating – nutritional and dieting habits, holistic, spiritual and continuous educational practices to keep their body and well-being in homeostasis as a whole. We are proud to announce top notch self care rituals are always expected from our therapist.

It’s too early to say what long-term changes might be either mandated or preferred by consumers and the providers in the massage therapy industry. Looking at what we have to deal with right now and in the many coming months, there are options available that can make the practice of massage safer. Some of these concepts may be applied more routinely in the future, regardless of an outbreak, if it makes things safer without being a heavy burden on therapists or clients.

Our company assumes there may always be an order or other legal restriction on the practice of in-home massage therapy, there for, there are certain protocols and safety measures that should be in place, at all times.

Our responsible professional massage therapists are always keeping all of their linens and equipment in a highly sanitized and hygienic condition. They are also using proper techniques for thorough hand-washing, cleansing and taking other sanitation measures that will prevent the transmission of any virus or disease, our therapist are contracted to refrain from accepting appointments if exposed to any one with covid 19 symptoms or currently experiencing symptoms of Covid 19, arriving with face mask upon arrival and remaining in quarantine if having traveled. Eminence Massage does follow the HIPPA guidelines to implement safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Therefore at our technicians may also receive vaccine and get tested weekly for Covid 19 at their discretion. Following strict Eminence MTC guidelines, these techniques are useful in preventing the transmission of seasonal cold and flu viruses, and they are also useful in preventing the transmission of COVID 19 novel Coronavirus.

In consideration to each organizations desire to book spa services, Eminence Massage strives to provide affordable services to all customers who venture toward our company. We recognize many large and small business finances and many our exempt from paying federal corporate income tax on income generated from activities that are substantially related to the purposes for which the entity was organized (i.e., to the purposes for which the organization was granted tax-exempt status). There for as a luxury mobile spa service we do not honor tax exempt waivers from any corporate, private institutions etc.
