Spa Party Information:


  • Yes, we can accommodate both in door and out door settings
  • Spa Parties Require a group of 5 or more
  • Event coordinators are available to meet in person
  • Clients may provide divider coverings, separate rooms for services to enhance spa ambiance in home or at on site, you also have the option in open space or outdoor settings
  • An email confirmation will be sent with all the details of your desired event & services.
  • A 10% non refundable deposit will be collected upon booking to reserve your events date, time, spa technicians and equipment, events booked one month in advance or closer to event date must be paid in full. For reservations of 15 guest of more a deposit of 20% will be required. Cancellations for events made 3 weeks or longer in advance will receive a 40% refund. Same day cancellations or cancellations within the 3 week period are none refundable
  • We accommodate mobile spa services, the theme set up is provided by host of party. We will try our best to color coordinate our stations, and all mobile spa equipment with your party. Table Massage, Facial Station requires 9 x 10 feet  spacing, Chair massage 5 x 6* station materials include linens, creams, essential oils, body oils, music, scented fusion candles, lotions, aromatherapy diffusers,  steamers, scrubs, mask, wraps, face covers & cradles & towels.
  • All massage therapist and estheticians catering your event are licensed professionals
  • Spa technicians catering your event can color coordinate in clothing host desire color
  • Group Spa and activity entertainment stations are to accommodate guest who are not at that moment receiving a specific spa treatment
  • Clothing may may or may not remain on for table massage services, undergarments and swimsuits may be worn if preferred. We encourage you to communicate any level of discomfort to your therapist. Clothing Guidelines can be provided to guest by professionals
  • All machines and equipment can accommodate in or out door settings (Please inquire about our various sizes) outside events must provide shaded areas for our therapist
  • You can book a Spa Party by e-mail, chat or calling us to reserve your party date. Reservations need to be made at least 1 week in advance for reserving spa parties. Changes to any packages must also be made 1 week prior.
  • Spa technicians Parking fee’s for hotel’s & resorts will be covered by host/sponsor of event
  • For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 10% or $25 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, you are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit.
  • Credit card transactions may be accessed sales taxes
  • Events reserved in remote areas may be accessed a travel fee.
  • Events starting 10pm or later subjected to a late night fee
  • Mobile Spa technicians will arrive up to a 15 minutes up to a half hour early prior to event to set up stations, spa equipment and prepare your decadent spa party layout
  • Deposits ensure your spa services, equipment, spa technicians, date and time. Events & services booked on the same day are subject to time change due to short notice.
  • Always remember the spa party atmosphere is ideal for bonding, reconnecting, and having a good time.
  • For individual spa party packages, Services must already be presented at event to utilize, changes to services and additional added on services must be paid for and booked in full prior to day of event. We strongly Encourage host add additional services prior to event as as to not affect the spa atmosphere for other guest and schedule changes for ongoing spa parties reserved that day
  • Consent must be approved by host for Facial steamer prior to event
  • Pictures taken at event by attending guest or technicians may be subject to Eminence Massage’s Company Event Media and are strictly for advertisements purposes. Please kindly inform our professionals or booking representative if you prefer to have no images taken at events
  • All of our Eminence Massage packages come with our worry free “Eminence Promise” we welcome the use of personal decorations; however, they are not required.
  • Optional event planner must be booked one week prior to event date. Planner will advise event host on spa stations and locations they are best to be placed- and  food locations if applicable. Depending upon event, storage area to be used, advice on entertainment, furniture best to be removed-placed in home. Planner may also take pictures of location to provide the best advice for all stations and equipment. Host may be called upon directly by client if they desire to make changes to event. Event prices and payment are not provided by event planner.
