However we try to be as fair and direct for providing work to all contracted with our company. However demand also varies by season, weather and location. You are also responsible for being fully insured for providing all neccessary in home and mobile spa treatments. 18. Professional Presentations are as follows: no head bands, no gloves, no heavy facial hair, no smoking before session, no tight clothing, no drugs are brought into homes, No viable tattoos showing during appointments, no facial piercings, no heavy perfume or cologne
19. Professionals refrain from working with broken skin or lesions, flu, cold, any medical conditions not mention at the time of the reservation, intoxication by alcohol, or substances.
Meeting With New Consumers
1.) Maintain eye contact. Poor eye contact conveys dishonesty and nervousness. Proper eye contact will help you establish trust and rapport with the client.

For your music we have an eastern relaxation a western spa music or chinese medicine, zen, music is optional, most clients will say any music and some may say no music, few will have there own music they prefer to use, this is fine please assure client the music should be relaxing as possible to insure they receive the optimal benefits of there session. Portable speaker and cd player, Itunes, Pandora one on smart phone, since theres no commercials. Phone ringer must be off during sessions. No nature or sound scapes for example, birds, oceans, trees unless it is requested. Popular artist we use are Enya, Brian Crain, Adam West, we utilize are Eltic Mist, Chi, Spa and Candlelight. Some consumers may also have there own music

Viral Infections. These infections are very common and treatment can be adapted by using a waterproof dressing and avoiding the area. For example: Verruca vulgaris (common warts), verruca plantaris (verruca of the foot). Onycholysis. This is a disorder where the nail separates from the nail bed.
Non- infectious nails can be manicured or pedicured as long as there is no fungal or bacterial infection. Onychocryptosis (ingrowing nails). This may affect the fingers or toes, Split nails, brittle nails, Blue nails, Beau’s Line, Nail/finger biting, Hangnail, Splinter haemorrhages,
Overgrown cuticles, Pits and grooves, Flaking and breaking nails, Bruised nails, Eggshell nails, Corrugations (or wavy ridges), Furrows (depressions), White Spots, Koilonychia (spoon nails), Claw Nails.
Fungal Infections. These type of infections spread very rapidly and often thrive in damp areas and can appear soft and spongy. For example: athlete’s foot (ringworm of the foot) ringworm of the hand.
Bacterial Infections. This type of infection is usually characterised by swelling, tenderness and redness in the area. For example: paronychia, whitlows, onychia.
Viruses such as colds, cold sores, warts, Bacterial infections such as impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis, styes, Fungal infections such as ringworm, blepharitis, Undiagnosed lumps or swelling, Broken bones, Known sensitivity or allergy to products.
Contraindications that could restrict a facial treatment:
The following conditions are contraindications that will not necessarily stop the treatment from taking place but they may mean that the treatment is restricted or may have to be adapted:
Cuts/abrasions/broken skin,Bruises or swelling, Recent scar tissue (less than six months old), Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Acne vulgaris, Acne rosacea, Skin tags, Milia, Recent sunburn, Current medication that may affect treatment needs to be disclosed, Claustrophobia,Broken capillaries/veins.
Immediate aftercare: Nails are p cleansed, stimulated and nourished. No aftercare is needed except to leave it alone.
Avoid picking, squeezing pimples, warts or touching and infected areas.
