Spa A LA Carte & Party Packages Information:

  • Spa Parties require groups of 4 or more
  • Full half hour massage, body wrap service and full half hour facial service per guest (Additional Time Available)
  • Spa party services can also be provided to attending adult guest if sponsor has purchased the additional services in the presented package. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for parties under the booked number of guests allowed. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of girls present
  • While we know that the best reference come from those who have experienced our parties, we respect the privacy of our customers. Therefore, we do not provide names, phone numbers, or email addresses of families who have booked parties in the past. We do however invite all of our potential customers to join us on our listed social media pages below where you will find many families, companies and friends who have experienced a Eminence Massage Spa Party Events.
  • All services catered are by professional licensed and insured massage therapist, cosmetologist and aestheticians.
  • Yes we can accommodate both in door and out door settings, we can cater your living space, large rooms, hotel room, suite, banquet hall, club/pool house, back yard, patio or pool area
  • An email confirmation ticket will be sent with your desired date, time, event & service.
  • We accommodate mobile spa services, the theme set up is provided by host of party. We will try our best to color coordinate our stations, and all mobile spa equipment with your party. Table Massage, Facial Station,  Station requires 6 x 3 feet spacing,  Chair massage and nail station 4 x 5* station materials include linens, creams, essential oils, body oils, music, scented fusion candles, lotions, aromatherapy diffusers,  steamers, scrubs, mask, wraps, face covers & cradles & towels.
  • Eminence entertainment and activity station will require a spacing of 3 x 4. This is to be provided by client onsite. We kindly ask that clients provide a small spacing area for guest to gather around as spa technicians provide an Eminence presentation and demo. Spa hostesses will require a table, counter top or kitchen island. Guest are asked gather around as elite spa technicians create a full deluxe hand scrub, inform the benefits along with a tutorial how to make personal scrubs and a hands on exhibit with guest. Giving you the ultimate luxury DIY experience, saving money and promoting healthy skin that also produces excellent fulfilling spa feel results. A luxury presentation at no extra cost with package.
  • All of our Eminence Massage packages come with our worry free “Eminence Promise” We welcome the use of personal decorations; however, they are not required.
  • A 20% deposit will be collected upon booking to reserve your events date, time and equipment. None refundable. We can accept appointments one year up to six months in advance, an email confirmation will be sent with details of your reservation & services upon booking.  Upon booking, full balance will be due two months to reservation date, if outside of one month period a seven day grace period can be provided for remaining balance. If reservation is booked within a one month period, full payment will be due upon booking, with some exceptions to grace period when inquired. A surcharge for $99+ will be added for events/reservation made within a two week booking window. All appointments booked 8 pm or later are subject to a surcharge of $50+ per professional. Any cancellations made within a two month period are subject to no refund. For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 15% or $50 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, clients are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit. Group spa parties of 15+ guest or booked within a 3 week window are subject to a 20% gratuity. Appointment dates, time changes (including late arrival of clients on site, event time changes due to late arrivals are subject to automatic $25 – $150 dollar fee depending upon event/service size and services. Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan areas and Beach hotels may apply. A surcharge of 125+ may incur for larger metropolitan areas and or rural locations spa technicians must travel further out of our general locations to. Holiday bookings, a surcharge may be incurred; discounts and gift cards may not apply for major national holidays. All of our party package pricing is set to compete with other party providers in the area. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for parties, we also do not alter pricing while professionals our onsite at location, under the maximum number of guests allowed. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of guest present on event day, we simply ensure that even more attention is provided to the guests in attendance. To convenience contractors reserved for events onsite changes in time intervals for example will be subject to a $50+ Surcharge. Additional guest/adults or minors attending location who are not paid for in advanced must have host contact company to be included, time will only be allocated upon confirmation that company and attending professionals have the availability. Additional guest added may incur tax & gratuities
  • A travel fee of 25 up to 99+ may incur for technicians who must travel further and are not local to the designated area.
  • Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan including district and Beach Hotels may apply. Toll, Marina parking, ferry fees to secluded island areas may incur a fee. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied discounts, gift certificates may not apply on major or national holidays.
  • All onsite massage therapist, cosmetologist and estheticians catering your event are licensed professionals, additional on site technicians may be added to appointment for fee of depending upon event size
  • Group Spa and activity entertainment stations are to accommodate guest who are not at that moment receiving a specific spa treatment
  • Same day cancellations are none refundable
  • Disrobe to comfort level policy. Clothing may or may not remain on for table massage services, undergarments and swimsuits may be worn if preferred. We encourage you to communicate any level of discomfort to your therapist. Clothing Guidelines will be provided to guest
  • All machines and equipment can accommodate in or out door settings (Please inquire about our various sizes) outside events must provide shaded areas for our therapist
  • You can book a Spa Party by e-mailing, text or calling us to inquire about your reservation date and time. Events must be made at least 1 week in advance and confirmed over the phone for complete finalization.
  • Spa technicians Parking fee’s for hotel’s & resorts will be covered by host/sponsor of event
  • Credit card transactions may be accessed sales taxes
  • Mobile Spa technicians will arrive up to a half hour early prior to event to set up stations, spa equipment and prepare your decadent spa party layout
  • Deposits ensure your spa services, equipment, date and time. Events & services booked on the same day are subject to time change due to short notice.
  • For individual spa party packages, Services must already be presented at event to utilize
  • Spa technicians parking fee’s for hotel’s & resorts will be covered by host/sponsor of event
  • Consent must be approved by host for Facial steamer prior to event
  • We can accept appointments one week (if available) up to six months in advance
  • Technicians will be providing and distributing all necessary items for your event, we recommend in door settings to achieve spa marvelous skin care results, our spa technicians can best accommodate living rooms, large bed rooms or hotel settings for best set up. All machines, equipment can accommodate both in and out door settings; please inquire about our various sizes; outside events, host must provide shaded areas for professionals.
  • Plastic flutes will be catered for champagne toast, glass flutes may be provided at host discretion.
  • An area of 5 x 6 must be provided for Eminence luxury hand scrub entertainment & activity station. We kindly ask that event host assist in gathering all attending event guest to participate in both activity station & toast provided by spa technicians.
  • Optional event planner must be booked one week prior to event date. Planner will advise event host on spa stations and locations they are best to be placed- and  food locations if applicable. Depending upon event, storage area to be used, advice on entertainment, furniture best to be removed-placed in home. Planner may also take pictures of location to provide the best advice for all stations and equipment. Host may be called upon directly by client if they desire to make changes to event. Event prices are not provided by event planner.
  • Upon consent of company and clients, event host/sponsor may email or text photos of there on site event location if a specific design is preferred. You may also inquire approval of size, available space or if there are any specific concerns with designated event area.
  • Always remember the spa party atmosphere is ideal for bonding, reconnecting, and having a good time. Thank you for allowing us to bring our oasis to your oasis.
  • Champagne toast will only be provided to those guest 18 and over. Eminence professionals will cater plastic flutes onsite. Guest have the option to provide glass flutes onsite at there discretion. Toast will be coordinated by Eminence spa professionals, this is the designated time to pay tribute/thanks to guest of honor.
  • Table & chair massage combos may incur a surcharge
  • Guest may have additional colors available at discretion for manicure station.
  • All of our party package pricing is set to compete with other party providers in the area.
