• Facial Station requires an 6 x 2 feet spacing, table massage 5 x 4 feet, Mani  & Pedi 4 x 4include linens, creams, music, scented safety candles

• Yes we can accommodate both in door and out door settings

• For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 12% or $50 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, You are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit.

 

• Group Spa and activity entertainment stations are to accommodate children who are not at that moment receiving a specific spa treatment

 

• Event massage therapist, cosmetologist are licensed and insured professionals

 

• Strawberry Champagne Sugar Scrub Station is specifically to provide activities for mothers attending event

 

• Clothing will remain on for children chair massage and table massage services, Undergarments and swimsuits may be worn if preferred. We encourage you to communicate any level of discomfort to your therapist. Parents event host are encourage to speak with children receiving chair/table massage.

 

• Yes all services are gender neutral friendly, we can accommodate both girls and boys

 

• Eminence entertainment and activity station will require a spacing of 3 x 4. This is to be provided by event host sponsor onsite. We kindly ask that host also provide a small spacing area for girls to gather around as spa technicians provide a fun Eminence presentation and demo. Spa hostesses will require a table, counter top or kitchen island. Children are asked to gather around as elite spa technicians create a full deluxe hand scrub, informed the benefits along with a tutorial on how to make spa girl diamond hand sugar scrubs. Giving your princess and her friends the ultimate luxury DIY experience. A luxury presentation at no extra cost with package.

 

• All stations can accommodate in or out door settings – Please inquire about our various sizes

 

• Adults, host, parents and guardians are not included in spa services and packages unless the spa party inclusive  fee above is deemed to be covered in package. Spa party services can also be provided to attending adult guest if sponsor has purchased the additional services in the presented package. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for parties under the booked number of guests allowed. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of girls present

 

• While we know that the best reference come from those who have experienced our parties, we respect the privacy of our customers. Therefore, we do not provide names, phone numbers, or email addresses of families who have booked parties in the past. We do however invite all of our potential customers to join us on our listed social media pages below where you will find many families, companies and friends who have experienced a Eminence Massage Spa Party Events.

 

• All services catered are by professional licensed massage therapist, cosmetologist and aestheticians.

 

• Yes we can accommodate both in door and out door settings, we can cater your living space, large rooms, hotel room, suite, banquet hall, club/pool house, back yard, patio or pool area

 

• You can book a Spa Party by e-mailing or calling us to reserve your party date, time and location. Reservations need to be made at least 1 week in advance for reserving spa parties. Changes to any packages must also be made 1 week prior.

 

• Spa technicians parking fee’s for hotel’s & resorts must be covered by host/sponsor of event

 

• Credit Card transactions may be accessed sales tax

 

• Spa technicians will arrive 30 minutes prior to on site event locations to set up stations, spa equipment and prepare your decadent spa party layout.

 

• Optional event planner must be booked one week prior to event date. Planner will advise event host/guardian on spa stations and locations they are best to be placed- fountains and food locations if applicable. Depending upon event, photo shoot areas, storage area to be used, advice on entertainment, party games, furniture best to be removed-placed in home. Upon sign consent planner will also take pictures of on site location to provide the best advice for all stations and equipment. Host may be called upon directly by client if they desire to make changes to event. Event prices and payment are not provided by event planner.

 

• Mommy & Me Package Time can be customized for children & adults

 

• A 20% deposit will be collected upon booking to reserve your events date, time and equipment. None refundable. We can accept appointments one year up to six months in advance, an email confirmation will be sent with details of your reservation & services upon booking. Upon booking, full balance will be due two months to reservation date, if outside of one month period a seven day grace period can be provided for remaining balance. If reservation is booked within a one month period, full payment will be due upon booking, with some exceptions to grace period when inquired. A surcharge for $99+ will be added for events/reservation made within a one week period. All appointments booked 8 pm or later are subject to a surcharge of $50+ per professional. Any cancellations made within a two month period are subject to no refund. For your convenience a minimum gratuity of 10% or $50 tip per professional (which ever is greater) will be added to your service, clients are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit. Appointment dates, time changes (including late arrival of clients on site, event time changes due to late arrivals are subject to automatic $25 – $150 dollar fee depending upon event/service size and services. Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan including district and Beach Hotels may apply. Toll, Marina parking, ferry fees to secluded island areas may incur a fee. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied discounts, gift certificates may not apply on major or national holidays. Appointments starting 7:00 pm or later add $25+ – $100+. Holiday Bookings, a surcharge may be incurred; discounts and gift cards may not apply for major national holidays. All of our party package pricing is set to compete with other party providers in the area. A surcharge of 125+may incur for larger metropolitan areas and or rural locations spa technicians must travel further out of our general locations to. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for parties, we also do not alter pricing while professionals our onsite at location, under the maximum number of guests allowed. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of guest present on event day, we simply ensure that even more attention is provided to the guests in attendance. To convenience contractors reserved for events onsite changes in time intervals for example will be subject to a $50 Surcharge. Additional guest/adults or minors attending location who are not paid for in advanced must have host contact company to be included, time will only be allocated upon confirmation that company and attending professionals have the availability.

 

•  All appointments booked 8 pm or later are subject to an add on of $50 – $100 per professional. Appointment dates and time changes (including late arrival of client on site are subject to automatic $25 – $100 dollar fee depending upon event/service size and services. Parking fees at some downtown, inner city, metropolitan areas and Beach hotels may apply. Holiday Massage Terms & Conditions: A surcharge may be applied; discounts and gift cards may not apply on major national holidays. A travel fee of 25 up to 99+ may incur for technicians who must travel further and are not local to the designated area.

 

• To provide glamorous children events and services that brings fun, excitement and decadent spa treatments, Eminence Mobile Massage & Spa Service table massage requires under garments/clothing or bathing suits remain worn and draping required for teens, pre teens and for children ages 4-12 . All massages provided are for a fun and spa party enhancing and entertaining experience, host/parents may fully inform clients of skin sensitivities for children/pre teen, teens approved facial creams and products they prefer professionals not to use.

 

• Eminence Massage LLC_ to provide child/minor/person under my guardianship with therapeutic age appropriate teen, children massage and facials services as deemed appropriate to mobile spa party services. One host/parent guardian/event sponsor over the age of 21 must also be present onsite at location, remain present at event location and give consent for minors to receive Eminence teen/children facial, massage services. If reserved event planner may also take pictures of onsite location to provide the professional advice for all stations to accommodate and equipment, massage and facials.

 

• Upon consent of company and clients, event host/sponsor may email or text photos of there on site event location if a specific design is preferred. You may also inquire approval of size, available space or if there are any specific concerns with designated event area.

 

• Onsite massage therapist and estheticians catering your event are licensed professionals, additional on site technicians may be added to appointment for fee, depending upon event size & clients needs

 

• If deemed necessary to collect personal information from you. For example, in order to respond to your questions or fulfill your requests, it may be required of us to ask for personal information such as your name, minor’s age, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We may use this information to respond to your requests and questions, or to contact you via mail, e-mail or phone to inform you of events or announcements regarding our region. We will not provide this information to a third party without your permission, except as necessary to fulfill your request and your request alone.
